How Doorden Works

Create Your Business Account
Sign up as a business. Add your company name, contact info, service category, service areas, and a description of what you offer. This is what reps see when browsing for businesses to partner with.
Set a Minimum Rep Level
Choose the minimum training level a rep must have to work with your business. Level 1 is open to everyone. Higher levels ensure only more experienced, trained reps can submit leads for you.
Reps Request Partnerships
Qualified reps will find your business on the platform and send partnership requests. You'll see all incoming requests on your dashboard. Review each rep's profile before accepting.
Accept or Decline Reps
Review each rep's training level, service areas, and profile. Accept the ones you want to work with. You can also browse the rep directory and invite reps yourself.
Reps Submit Leads
Your accepted reps knock doors and submit leads directly through the app. Each lead includes the homeowner's name, address, phone, service type, quoted price, photos, and a homeowner-verified visit code.
Review Incoming Quotes
You'll be notified each time a rep submits a lead. Review the homeowner details and photos. You can accept the quote, ask the rep for more information, or decline.
Homeowner Pays the 18% Deposit
When you accept a quote, the homeowner automatically receives a secure payment link for the 18% deposit. Once they pay, the job is officially confirmed and you schedule the work.
Complete the Job
Schedule and complete the work with the homeowner. Update the job status in your dashboard as it progresses — confirmed, scheduled, in progress, and completed.
Homeowner Confirms Completion
After the job is done, the rep generates a completion code and gives it to the homeowner. They confirm at doorden.com/verify. This protects both you and the rep.
Deposit Handled by Doorden — You Collect the Rest
The 18% deposit is collected securely through Doorden, which covers the rep's 12% commission and the 6% platform fee. You are responsible for collecting the remaining 82% (your net revenue) directly from the homeowner when the job is complete. Rep commissions are tracked and paid out automatically.
